Due to financial and time constraints, many of those agencies (fire departments, AAA, etc.,) have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue this free program. So now, with very few options available to the public, finding and getting an appointment for assistance can be quite difficult!

And so, in January of 2007, CarSeat411 was born. Created by a firefighter, CarSeat411 maintains a staff of Nationally Certified Child Seat Technicians, available to assist you with the proper installation and use of your child's restraint.
